Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for all no-call, no-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment. If something comes up out of your control, (sudden illness, medical issue, family emergency etc) please contact me ASAP!
I understand things happen, and can accommodate a haircut up to 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
